1. Using your Preferred Web Browser - please open ‘https://bookings.cloud.microsoft'
2. Under Personal Booking Page; click on "+ Create meeting type" to add a new meeting
3. Click on "Meeting title" and give your bookings link a title note, the end user sees this title
4. Click on "Public These will appear on your booking page"
5. Click on "Select availability hours" to give custom hours, or the default will follow your office hours on Outloook
6. Click on "Save"
7. Open the Bookings page you just created
8. Click on "Share"
9. Copy the URL from everything after user/ e.g if the URL is: https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/user/1234@alchemyglobalsolutions.com
Then we want to copy ‘1234@alchemyglobalsolutions.com’
Note, the actual URL will be much longer than above
10. Please open the Exclaimer User Details Editor URL: ‘https://eu.details.exclaimer.net/profile
11. Click into the ‘User Defined 1’ Attribute displayed at the top (the only editable attribute on the page) and paste the text we copied in step 9 in here
12. Click on "Save"
